We have developed a Fair Price Policy so that our
customers can obtain support for their PC's at competitive rates. Our fee
varies according to each customers individual needs, so please feel free
to call us for a quote. The following explains this policy in further
detail.
1. We do not charge a callout fee.
2. Customers pay nothing until our service to you is completed.
3. We operate on a No Fix, No Fee basis.
4. When you describe the work you need doing, we will give you an
approximate quote and the maximum charge for that service, If your job
should happen to overrun past the maximum quote, there will be no
additional cost to you.
5. When our service to you has been completed and payment has been made,
it doesn't end there. You will be able to call us for technical support
and we will attempt to solve your minor problems over the phone. This
service is available to all of our customers and incurs no charges except
the call.
